Le Romane

Le Romane brings a new way of enjoying pizza — one that was born in Rome and perfected for sharing. In 1995, a unique concept took shape in the Italian capital: pizza alla pala, made with long-fermented sourdough, light and crispy, and topped with a variety of flavors to be mixed, matched, and savored together. Now in Barcelona, founders Renato and Loredana carry forward that same spirit of quality and conviviality. Alongside the iconic Roman-style pizza, the menu features beloved traditional dishes like Carbonara, Amatriciana, and Cacio e Pepe, as well as appetizers like supplì and bruschetta. At Le Romane, eating well means eating together — with generosity, authenticity, and a Roman soul.

The Challenge

Le Romane already had a strong identity rooted in tradition, but it needed to translate that into a cohesive and engaging digital presence. The challenge was to communicate the originality of the concept — pizza to be shared, with many flavors in one — while also showcasing the warmth and authenticity of a family-owned Roman restaurant. They also wanted to increase visibility among both locals and tourists, particularly on platforms like Google Maps and TripAdvisor, where positive reviews and strong visual presence are key.

The Solution

I worked on a complete visual and content strategy for Le Romane, developing a social media presence that reflected their core values: tradition, quality, and sharing. With a tone that was friendly, inviting, and proudly Roman, we showcased both the food and the philosophy behind it. From behind-the-scenes stories to close-ups of the signature pala pizza, each post was designed to inspire appetite and connection. I also managed and optimized their Google My Business and TripAdvisor profiles, encouraging positive reviews and enhancing local SEO. The result: a consistent and engaging online identity that made Le Romane not just a restaurant, but a flavorful slice of Rome in the heart of Barcelona.
