Bocca di Bonifacio
Bocca di Bonifacio was born from a unique intersection – not only between the streets of Corsega and Sardenya in Barcelona, but between cultures. Inspired by the Strait of Bonifacio that connects Italy and France, the restaurant bridges the boldness of American street food with the refined excellence of Italian gastronomy. With two lively locations, including their newest on Calle Bailén, Bocca redefines the burger experience: Italian-style hamburgers made with gourmet DOP cheeses, premium salumi, and regional ingredients. It’s also a space for tardeo, live music, and the art of the Italian aperitivo – turning every visit into a social ritual full of flavor and character.
The Challenge
Bocca needed a digital presence that matched the originality and soul of their concept. The challenge was to communicate their hybrid identity — casual yet gourmet, fast yet thoughtful, Italian yet global — in a way that felt authentic and memorable. Beyond showcasing their unique menu, the goal was to position Bocca as a must-visit destination for food lovers and social urbanites, while strengthening their visibility across digital platforms and local search.
The Solution
I designed and managed a content strategy across Bocca’s social media channels, aligning every post with their bold visual identity and vibrant storytelling. The tone was energetic, stylish, and unmistakably Mediterranean – capturing not only their signature dishes, but also the moments around them: from happy hour aperitivos to live DJ sets and community gatherings. To enhance their online visibility and reputation, I also optimized their presence on Google My Business and TripAdvisor, encouraging customer engagement and positive reviews.
The result was a coherent digital ecosystem that brought Bocca’s spirit to life – a place where food, music, and Italian culture blend into one unforgettable experience.
