Herrero Jover Médicos is a highly regarded plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery clinic in Barcelona, known for its personalized approach and high medical standards.

As Digital Marketing Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day management of the account, coordinating creative efforts and driving strategy across all channels.

Brand Management

  • Led the production of all branded materials in coordination with the graphic team: brochures, flyers, magazine banners, and web assets.
  • Ensured every piece respected the brand’s tone: refined, expert, yet accessible.
  • Maintained consistency across both online and offline communication.

Social Media Strategy

  • Defined and executed the editorial calendar and content strategy.
  • Created and curated content tailored to their audience, combining medical expertise with a warm, human voice.
  • Developed visually cohesive and informative posts to build trust and engagement.

Content & Campaigns

  • Participated in creative brainstorming for campaign concepts across platforms.
  • Conceptualized and developed lead generation campaigns, including ad copy and landing pages for Google Ads.
  • Wrote and managed blog articles and newsletters to position the clinic as a thought leader in the sector.

Client Relationship & Project Management

  • Acted as the main point of contact, actively listening to the client’s needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Ensured timely delivery and top-quality execution of all requests.
  • Provided strategic input and direction to keep the brand evolving while staying aligned with their core values.
